The international successful show jumping rider Alois Pollmann-Schweckhorst is a tremendous enrichment for the team in Mühlen.
After 7 years of working at a competition yard in Warstein, "APS" as he is known mostly everywhere, decided to come to Mühlen in 2007. APS was bon in Rhineland and his parents have developed his former home stable Gut Bärbroich in Bergisch-Gladbach into a big riding centre. APS himself has two daughters, Lena and Charlotte who are both riding also.As managing director he is also responsible for showing our breeding stallions in high-class competitions - already with great successes. With Chacco Blue he has won the Grand Prix in Bad Oeynhausen in 2009 and finished 2nd in the finals of the "Sires of the World" in Zangerseide in 2008. As well as the Championship of London which was won by the promising couple.The impressive grey stallion Clinton II is another exceptional stallion - under the direction of APS he was placed highly in several international classes, e.g. Neustadt in 2008.And with an offspring of Cento, the 2002 born licensed Centadel APS has a highly talented young horse which gets specifically prepared for the big sport.
Besides numerous victories in Grand Prix's and Nation Cups APS's 6th place in the World Cup finals of Las Vegas in 2007 rank among his greatest successes.One of his major talents is his ability to build up and advance young horses specifically. Combing the essential good view for quality youngsters and the gift to give everything, APS plays a highly valuable role in Mühlen.
