Performance horse producer par excellence, main premium champion and dressage index leader

San Amour has an incomparably noble silhouette, a consistent uphill action, fascinating elegance and outstanding lightness of movement. This premium stallion has inherited all the positive qualities of top breeding stallion, Sandro Hit, and he was the most coveted stallion at his licensing, selling at auction for
EUR 450,000. His dressage index at the performance test was the highest in his group at 137.74 and included a score of 9.5 for rideability. In 2008, onlookers celebrated him with tumultuous applause as the stunning main premium champion and he qualified for the Bundeschampionat with ease as a five year-old ridden by Ulf Möller.
San Amour's first crop of foals are all impressive. He has produced a whole host of elite fillies and colts, one of which sold at the Münster-Handorf Auction for the top price of EUR 70,000 in 2008.
San Amour was bred out of the impressive mover and Oldenburg reserve champion mare, Puppenfee, who also produced San Amour's full sister Auguste Victoria, the 2008 Oldenburg Regional Champion. Plaisir d'Amour has competed successfully in international Grand Prix classes and at the World Championship in 1998, while Figaro is considered to be a brilliant producer of excellent performance horses for both dressage and show jumping - particularly in combination with the tough thoroughbred Kronprinz xx he has deliverd outstanding sport horses.
San Amour is a modern mover in championship format.
